The Hoppers welcome sponsorship and donations from individuals and organisations. Money may occasionally be spent on refreshments, but we never use sponsorship or donations to pay for alcohol. We use the money for equipment and resources, marketing, the website, and for travel for members to speak at conferences. Some money may go towards sponsoring training or conference attendance for members who would not otherwise be able to attend.
We have a constitution and an annual meeting where we will agree and publish our finances. If you'd like to sponsor us please email us for more information or you can donate via our PayPal.
The Manchester Group holds CTFs (Capture the Flag) for women and gender minorities, events, activities, and workshops. You can find out about our next event on our Meetup page.
We run a Slack group for anyone who identifies as a women, anywhere in the world. The groups provides information, support and encouragement to members remotely and also helps find buddies. To join the group either email us or DM us on Twitter.
If you would like a buddy to a group or event, or would like to volunteer as a buddy, you can either email us at or DM us on Twitter.
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS
PLEASE JOIN US!
If you'd like to volunteer in one of these areas, or would like to take on a new activity, like a news letter or setting up a CFT group in your area, let us know. We're always open to new ideas and collaborations. If you have any resources you've created or found that you would like to share, we can add them to the resources section of the website.
To volunteer or to find out more either email us or DM us on Twitter.
